My annual examination was over. I was waiting for the result. There was no school work. There was no homework. We were as free as birds. Our result was to be declared. On 22nd December, I went to school at 9:30 am. All the students were there. At 10:30 Our Headmaster came out of the office. He had our results in his hand. He read out my name. I stood first in my class. I stood first in the whole school. My friends congratulated ( बधाई दी ) me. I went home. My parents were very happy. They gave me lots of sweets. What a nice day it was!
